which should give you a precise line that's also easily smudged. Smudge lightly.

Step 6.) Line the lips with a pale pink blendable liner softly. Check out Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Lip Pencil in Native - pale pink ( about $25.00). Fade this inwards.

Leave the bottom water line bare.

Step 3.) Within the area you applied the liner, apply an emerald shadow close to the shade you chose and blend into the liner. Keep it clean, and this is a sharp, stark look, not a blended look. Create a large sweeping emerald cat eye on the upper lids. Continue to keep the bottom lids bare. I chose Makeup Forever D236 Lagoon Blue Eyeshadow ( about $21.00 ).

Step 4.) A
pply a black, smudgeable liner tightly to the upper lash line. Try not to get it on the eyelids, and keep it as close to your lash line as possible. Check out Sephora's Retractable Waterproof eyeliner in Black ( about $13.00)
