Today I bring this exclusive post: winged liner embellished with multi-colored rhinestones!
The first step is to line the upper lashline using a brush and black gel eyeliner. I made a pretty dramatic wing so I can have enough space to add the rhinestones.
If you're working with rhinestones that are small in size, the work is more tedious but you can add more stones because they take up less space. Of course you can incorporate more colors into the look when you use more stones. I applied rhinestones that are usually used for nail art with hydro mastic adhesive (spirit gum) which is a glue suitable for use on the skin.
I also added a few rhinestones on the lower lashline to balance out the look. You can play with the colors and shapes of the rhinestones. This makeup look adds the right amount of bling in a very precise manner which gives a feel of sophistication.
I used a silver glitter palette from Kryolan Metallique for the eyelids and finished with mascara. Since the eyes are the focal point of this look, I kept the face neutral and just added a brownish blush so it wouldn't conflict with the eyes. The lips are painted with a black pencil and MAC golden pigment around the edges and lots of lip gloss.
If you would be re-creating this look, I would also suggest repeating this process on the lips which would be very cute.
I hope you enjoy this look!
