Hello girls,

This makeup look was created keeping a Bulgarian holiday in mind, Baba Marta.

Excerpt from Wikipedia

Bulgarians celebrate on March 1 a centuries-old tradition and exchange martenitsi on what is called the day of Baba Marta. The tradition of giving friends red-and-white interwoven strings brings health and happiness during the year and is a reminder that spring is near.
Baba Marta (Grandma March) is believed to be a feisty lady who always seems to be grudging at her two brothers, while the sun only comes out when she smiles. As folklore there are different versions of the Baba Marta tale. One says that on that day she does her pre-spring cleaning and shakes her mattress for the last time before the next winter - all the feathers that come out of it pour on Earth like snow - the last snow of the year. This story can also be found in German folklore, for instance in the "Frau Holle" or Mother Hulda legend.

  5. Now go back over with red eyeshadow to set the product in place.
  6. Apply white eyeshadow to the inner corners and brow bone.
  7. Using a blue eyeshadow from the BH Cosmetics palette, begin shading the outer edges of the flower for a gradient effect.
  8. Then apply a brown eyeshadow to the crease to add dimension.
  9. Apply yellow eyeshadow to the brow bone to blend and add warmth to the look.
  10. Using the paradise makeup again, I’m using the black as eyeliner for the upper lashline.
  11. I've also shaded in my eyebrows with the same paradise makeup red and set with eyeshadow.
  12. Now just add small dots and lines to make the look more creative.
  13. Finish with false lashes and mascara.
