One of the common themes on the Met Gala red carpet this year was barbie vibes and the color pink! Kacey Musgraves takes the beauty award for the best barbie look, complete with mannequin-esque skin and pretty in pink makeup. Recreate this look with a pink color palette and flawless skin.

From pink glamour to black lingerie, it's no surprise that Lady Gaga pulled off multiple outfit changes. She outdid herself with this epic, grand entrance. Gaga's makeup included vivid pink lips with glitter eyeliner and avant garde style lashes that completely stole the show. The makeup look on its own is definitely something that can be recreated -  shimmering lids topped with glitter eyeliner and a statement lip.

Rose Gold Cut Crease

Gold Glam

Take inspiration from her lashes and embellish your look with gold elements and get creative with the placement. It will be a lot more wearable than Gaga's look but you will still create the same bold impact.

Lupita Nyong'o looked exquisite in an embellished afro with golden picks. Her makeup included a heavily gilded cut crease and bold lip color. While we all can't rock her gorgeous look in everyday life, we can take inspiration from it!

Glitter Cut Crease

Goth Glam

Metallic Gold & Silver

Over-accessorize your mane with chunky hair barrettes which are so on-trend at the moment. Mix and match in different styles and colors for a one-of-a-kind look. For the makeup, a retro glam inspired cut crease will do and on the plus side, you can use as little as two shades to make this look work! Embellish the lids with shimmering glitter or metallic foiled finishes. Complete the look with a dark, bold lip.

Mauve Pastels

We'll forever be obsessed with pretty pastels and cotton candy makeup and will make any excuse to rock this look. From statement liner in bright shades to soft pastel washed lids, there's so many ways to rock this pretty makeup. If nail charms aren't practical for your lifestyle, you can always DIY kawaii inspired nail art which is so fun for the summertime.

We can't get enough of Zoe Saldana's disco glam look! Zoe was all about the textures in her glowy, copper gown that had 60,000 sequins and Swarovski crystal adorned eyelids to match. The purple eye makeup beautifully complimented the purple orchids in her hair.

Incorporate jewel tones with a classic smoky and embellish with an eyelid topper with unique finishes for a striking look! Smoldering eye kohl and false lashes will add drama to the look. Keep the rest of the face to the bare minimum to keep the focus on the eyes.
