For this look, I created a really smoky, navy eye and I paired it with a soft, bright coral pink lipstick for contrast. The weather has been so back and forth these days between nice spring weather and not so nice winter weather and this look was inspired by nature's indecisiveness! A dark, navy, wintery eye and a light and bright, spring lip.
I love a good smoky eye but I tend to stay away from black eye shadow unless I am smudging it into my lashline.
For this look, I used Lime Crime's Venus 2 Palette which has this unbelievably beautiful shade in it called Boot that's a super dark navy/black eye shadow with specks of purple and blue glitter. It's the perfect shade to create a bit of drama and something that's not expected from a smoky eye.
