STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
- Fill in brows and apply a neutral eye base and apply over entire eyelids.
- Apply a cool toned minty green shadow to the center of lids.
- Now apply a black shadow to the crease and inner and outer corners, creating an inverted u shape.
- Blend to soften and diffuse the edges.
- Apply the same black shadow to the lower lashline and blend.
- Apply a brown shadow to the brow bone to soften the smokey eye.
- Apply black liner to the upper and lower lashline.
- Apply a set of false lashes for an extra dramatic effect.
- Apply a white gold pigment beneath the brows and to the inner corners for a luminous highlight.
- Apply teal liner parallel to the black liner on the upper lashline. I mixed an eyeliner activator with a pigment to create the liner.
- Finish with mascara.
