Emerald New Year's Eve Makeup

This year is coming to an end. I hope that 2015 was full of happiness on your end. Soon we welcome the new year, and we can only hope that it's better than the old one. But before that happens, an unforgettable New Year's Eve night awaits us where we will have to look phenomenal.

I think you'll like this dark emerald makeup look that will stand out amongst the others in the crowd. It is easy to create and the most important thing is to choose the right makeup products.

Remember, the skin has to be impeccable with dark eye makeup, so you should select a full coverage foundation, which is also long lasting.

Lips should be preferably light colored, but I think as you like dark lipstick, a well-chosen color will also look great.

GET THE LOOK:

Fill in the eyebrows to frame the eyes.

Apply taupe eyeshadow on the crease and outer corner of the eyelid.

On the entire eyelid, apply a black eye crayon.

Using a flat brush, smudge the crayon over the entire eyelid. As a result, the color of the eye shadows will be intense.

On the entire eyelid, gently dab emerald eyeshadow and blend.

Brighten the inner corners with a silver eyeshadow.

Emphasize the lower lashline using a black eye crayon and navy blue eyeshadow.

Line your upper lashline with black liner.

On the waterline, apply the same black liner.

Finish the look with mascara.
