STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

  1. You can use any liquid lipsticks, today I'll be using Sleek Makeup's Lip creams in three different shades. Begin with a bright red and apply to the point of the top lip right below the cupid's bow.
  2. Then, apply the next shade. Make sure the second shade has a nice contrast between the first shade so that it is noticeable. I used a plum-ish fushia shade. Apply right next to the red shade creating a 'v'.
  3. Apply the third shade right next to the second. Your top lip should almost be complete.
  4. Apply the last shade, I'm using pink, to the center of the lower lip. Use the top lip as a guide to connect the outer corners.
  5. Then apply the second shade, purple to the outer part of the lips.
  6. Finally apply the first shade, the red to the outermost part of the lips.
  7. Once the liquid lipsticks have completely dried, it's time to make the lips have a pop art feel to them! Using your liquid black liner, outline the lips entirely.
  8. Then, draw small diagonal lines on the upper lip between each color. Take your time creating small thin strokes.
  9. Repeat the process on the lower lip, except this time the direction of the lines will be like a half moon shape.
  10. On the lower lip, I decided not to bring the black all the way in and had the black line fade out.
  11. Optional: To add some sparkle to the look, I repeated the steps with gold glitter liner.
