STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Fill in lips with a metallic sage green. I used H&M Eye Colour To Go in Golden Age.

Step 2: Outline and contour lips in blue. I used Sephora Waterproof 12H Contour Eye Pencil in N24.

Step 3: Fill in lips with an emerald pencil. I used H&M Eye  Pencil Essence in Trapiche Emerald.

Step 4: Intensify the lip color with a duochrome olive green pigment. I used Tammy Tanuka Sigil Inspired Pigment.

Step 5: Pat on a textured rich, coppery brown with green-to-blue shifting sparkle to the upper lip. I used Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Palette in Retrograde.

Step 6: Focusing on the center of lips, pat on multi-colored flakes. I used Chameleon Multi Chrome Nail Powder Magic Effect Flakes. I also used Leocrema Lip Gloss Ultravolume Natural to help the flakes stay in place.
