Today's lip art look has a fun and youthful vibe to it!

I think this could also complete a halloween look, depending on the colors and shapes you use!

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Apply a matte red lipstick to entire lips.

Step 2: Then, layer a metallic red loose pigment onto the bottom lip.

Step 3:  Also, layer an iridescent loose pigment onto the top lip.

Step 4:  Using black eyeliner, fill in half of the top lip.

Step 5: Then, layer the metallic red pigment over the black liner.

Step 6: Now for the fun part, the embellishments! Apply hexagonal glitters sporadically to the lips. Finish with any 3D metallic shapes to add a fun, playful look!
