Welcome to the Ice Age-Makeup Tutorial

With this bipolar weather that we have had recently, I thought it would only be necessary to do an Ice themed tutorial in the middle of spring.

PICTORIAL:

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Start with an eyebrow color of your choice and add a primer or base to the entire eyelid and under the eye and highlight under the brow with a shimmery white shadow
Step 2: Draw out where you want the guidelines for your crease

Step 3: Apply blue eye shadows on the lid area in a gradient effect starting on the outer corner using a dark blue then place a lighter blue on the middle of the lid and a light blue on the inner corner of the lid all while staying under the line that you drew out for your crease in the previous step

Step 4: Now where the fun begins, start by drawing out your icicles with a slightly darker white shimmery eye shadow then what you used to hi light your brow bone. This will act as a guideline as to what shape and where your icicles will be

Step 5: Then, you are going to begin by outlining the icicles with a light shimmery white just slightly darker then the color you used for the brow bone highlight.
Step 6: Next, you are going to outline the icicles with a darker blue shadow and blend into the white. After that, you are going outline the icicles with a black and blend that slightly into the dark blue.
Step 7: Now we are going to outline the icicles again using a light blue eyeliner to make the icicles stand out.
Step 8: You can add snowflakes like I did or leave as is...I felt that it needed just a little something more.

Step 9: After the icicles and snowflakes are done, you are ready to start on the lower lash line. So place a cream colored base on your waterline and a little under.
Step 10: Now place a dark blue shadow right below the bottom lash line and blend it out.
Step 11: I placed a white eyeliner on top of the cream liner that was on the waterline to make the eyes appear larger and it also gave it more of an icy touch. You can also cover the lower lashes with this white liner to give it even more.
Step 12: For the next step line the top lash line with a black liner or a foiled black shadow.
Step 13: Pop in your blue contacts.
Step 14: Apply your favorite lashes and your done.
