STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Apply a matte bright, warm violet liquid lipstick all over lips.

Step 2: Then tap an iridescent pearl pigment over the lipstick for a multi-dimensional look. You can stop here for a wearable glam look.

Step 3: Optional: create a dripping lip effect with pink and gold body paint. This is great for cosplay and photography. Have fun!
