Get creepy this Halloween season in a wearable way with this new "Vamped Up" makeup palette! There's a fine line between full on Halloween makeup and chic alternative looks and this tutorial will show you how to embrace the season without looking too overdone!

YOU WILL NEED:
Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Mushroom/Pale Grey Shimmer (about $19.00)
Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Blackout/Matte Black (about $19.00)
Urban Decay Glide On Eyeliner Pencil in Perversion/Black (about $20.00)
Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara in Black (about $23.00)
Urban Decay Naked Flushed Compact in "Naked" (about $32.00)
Kat Von D Liquid Lipstick in Damned/Black Cherry (about $20.00)
Kat Von D Liquid Lipstick in Outlaw/Brick Red (about $20.00)
STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: After applying your favorite primer and foundation, pick up a pale, grey toned eyeshadow with a hint of shimmer. I chose Urban Decay's "Mushroom." Apply this all over the eyelids and lower lashline and blend softly outwords.
Step 2: Apply a matte, black eyeshadow to the outer crease. One without shimmer looks a bit better than one with, too much glitter can be a negative thing. I chose Urban Decay's "Blackout" eyeshadow.
Step 3: Line your waterline with a matte, black liner. Urban Decay's Glide On Liner in Perversion is a perfect shade and so soft and easy to apply. Also, line the upper lashline and pull this out into a cat eye. Smudge the lower waterline subtly.
Step 4: Coat your lashes in a volumizing mascara. Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara in Black is extremely natural and voluminous, perfect for this look.
Step 5: Grab a tonally similar highlight and contour shade. I picked up the Urban Decay contour travel palette called
"Flushed" which comes with three shades that work well together. Love how easy it was to blend!
Step 6: With a matte liquid lipstick, coat your lips in a deep, deep rich berry shade. I love Kat Von D's liquid lipstick line. "Damned" is the perfect dark cherry shade. Coat your lips, and allow to dry.
Step 7: Pull out a brighter red shade, almost brick red and ombre your lips by putting this shade in the middle of your lips and feathering it subtly outwards. I chose Kat Von D's Outlaw Red. You're done!
