Twilight Glam - Eye Makeup Tutorial

Hey dolls,

I'm back with another tutorial using the new Huda Beauty Desert Dusk palette.

This time, I created a purple monochrome eye makeup look.

This is a more wearable and toned down look without the dramatic lashes and winged liner.

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Line the upper lashline with a brown pencil, it doesn’t have to be perfect because this will be smudged out in the next step. I used Cascade Of Colours Brown Eye Pencil.

Step 2: Then, smudge the eyeliner onto the lid as a base.

Step 3: Apply a warm brown shade in the crease to soften the edges. I used Musk from the Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Eyeshadow Palette.

Step 4: Then apply a mauve pearl topper to the center of the lid. I used NYX Lid Lingerie in 03 Evening Spell.

Step 5: Add depth to the outer ‘v’ with Amber, matte terracotta shade.

Step 6: Soften the brow bone with Eden, matte soft peach shade.

Step 7: Apply an emerald shade across the entire lower lashline. I used Giorgio Armani Eye Tint in 4 Emeraude.

Step 8: Then, line the inner waterline with a purple eyeliner. I used one from the Sephora Contour Eye Pencil collection.

Step 9: To deepen the shade of the waterline, I applied Royal eyeshadow on top of the liner.

Step 10: Apply a pinkish lilac duochrome eyeshadow to the center of the lid. I used the shade Twilight.

Step 11: Apply a matte brown to the outer ‘v.’ I used a tiny amount of OUD.

Step 12: Apply a matte, deep blackened violet to the upper lashline. I used Colourpop Ultra Satin Lip in Hutch as my eyeliner.

Step 13: Layer Amethyst over the violet liner to brighten it up a bit.
