Hi Girls!
Turquoise doesn't have to be tacky. When used with the right colors, turquoise highlights the eyes, perfectly.
I've used a dark, almost blackish green and a sparkling beige - they combine well with turquoise.
TUTORIAL:
- Fill in the eyebrows to frame the eyes. Apply a coppery eyeshadow with green reflections on the entire eyelid. This will be a base for the eyeshadows.
- Apply a dark green eyeshadow in the outer corner and to the crease of the eyelid. Using a blending brush, gently blend the color.
- Apply a turquoise eyeshadow in the middle of the lid.
- Apply a sparkling beige eyeshadow to the inner half of the lid. Using a beige eyeshadow, gently blend the upper edges of the eyeshadows.
- Emphasize the lower lashline: Apply dark green eyeshadow to the outer lower lashline, turquoise to the middle lower lashline and metallic beige eyeshadow to the inner lower lashline.
- Line your upper lashline with black eyeliner. Darken the waterline with a black pencil. Finish the look with mascara.
