Finding the right powder foundation can be the worst! There are so many to choose from, some bad, some good, some awful and some amazing!

Recently, I tried Too Faced "Cocoa Powder" Foundation and after using it for about three months here's my review!

My Personal Description: This oil absorbing, matte, antioxidant-rich powder smooths, hydrates with its cocoa butter blend and smells absolutely amazing! It not only has an undetectable, layer-able coverage that goes from medium to full, but diminishes fine lines and pores with its Hyaluronic filling spheres. These spheres also aid with long-lasting hydration! Added pearl powder creates a soft focus effect leaving skin with a luminous rose petal finish. A multitasking, everyday use powder foundation!

Packaging: This power comes in a black, cardboard box with cute, vintage gold lettering. The palette itself inside is hard black plastic. It flips open easily, with a mirror inside. The bottom also can flip open and has a pink sponge. Very sturdy packaging, easy to open and easy to use.  5/5

Price: I purchased mine at retail price, which was $34.00 a piece. This is a fairly normal price for a high quality powder foundation and the quality of this foundation is phenomenal. Worth every single penny!  5/5

Smell: The smell of this powder is one of the best things about it, CHOCOLATE! If you love the smell of cocoa, you'll love this powder. It smells like chocolate and although the scent dissipates about 10 minutes after application the scent is proven to lift your mood and honestly, I believe it may just do that! The scent is very welcome to me during my morning routine! It's not overpowering or irritating. 5/5

Texture and Feel: This powder does not leave your skin feeling heavy, chunky or powdered. It is very smooth, undetectable and clean when put on. You can layer this powder easily for either a medium or full coverage look. So easy to use, and never makes you feel "over made" up. LOVE the feel!   5/5

Pigment: This powder comes in eight different shades. From fair to dark. It's very hard to match my skin tone because I am so, so very light however their "fair" shade matched me easily! I was sort of shocked that it did! Great, natural, believable pigmentation and various shades to choose from for any tone! 5/5

Wearability: You can absolutely wear this product everyday, and this powder is also good for your skin which is a major plus!  5/5

Special Features: This powder features Hyaluronic filling spheres that diminish the appearance of fine lines and pores and aid with long-lasting hydration! It also features Crystalline Powder which is made up of hexagonal-shaped platelets that slide over each other to bring out skin’s natural radiance while added pearl powder creates a soft focus effect leaving skin with a luminous rose petal finish!

Overall Review and Effectiveness: I love this powder! After using it for a while I've noticed my skin feels better, looks clearer and when I apply my makeup it looks natural and flawless! One of the best powders I've ever used, truly! I love the smell and the undetectable feeling of this product. It also went on without flaking, caking or bunching, and felt touchable. I will absolutely buy this again! 5/5
