I'd like to share a colorful neon makeup tutorial today.
The makeup is vaguely simple in execution, so I hope that many of you will like it as much as I do.
This is perfect for a summer holiday!

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Apply a base under the shadows. Then apply a neon pink eyeshadow to the crease blending upwards toward the brow bone.

Step 2: Apply a neon orange shade just above the neon pink shade. Blend into the pink for a gradient effect.

Step 3: Apply a vibrant purple to the outer v and edges of the eye. Also, slightly drag the color inward toward the inner crease.

Step 4: Using a black eye crayon, liner the waterline and lower lashline. Then apply a powder pink eyeshadow to the inner 1/3 of the eyelid.

Step 5: Now apply black gel liner to the upper lashline and wing for a dramatic effect.

Step 6: Finish with mascara.
