TUTORIAL:

STEP BY STEP:

1. Apply brown pencil to outer edges & around the crease.

2. Apply brown eyeshadow over the pencil and blend.

3. Apply blue to the rest of  the eyelid.

4. Apply shimmery highlight to inner corners & brow bone.

5. Apply black eyeliner to upper lashline & waterline.

6. Finish with mascara & matching lips!
