As per for the design, I created this for the spring season and I really liked the way it has turned out. 
Let me first share the picture of the finished look:

For the base color, I've used Lakme's nail enamel in Peach Promotion from its 9-5 range. You can read my review on the nail enamel here. 

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

• Apply your base coat first.
• Apply 2 thin coats of Peach Promotion from Lakme 9-5 range (you can use any color of your choice).
• Cut the patterns of the water decals as per your nail size using scissors.
• Remove the plastic film from the water decal.
• Take a bowl filled with water at room temperature.
• Dip the water decal in it for 20-30 seconds.
• Take it off and hold the pattern with the help of tweezers.
• Apply it on your nail (as you want).
• Add some top coat and place some big and small crystal rhinestones to add more shine and elegance.
• Apply a layer of final top coat.
• Now your nails are done.
