Rimmel Lasting Finish 25H Foundation #103 True Ivory Review & Demo

Hi beauties!

I have a new beauty product review video on my youtube channel and this time I'm reviewing one of my favourite drugstore foundations: Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation.

I purchased this product in shade #103 True Ivory and even though it's slightly a bit darker than my natural skin tone, I find it blends perfectly with the color of my skin and overall it looks really natural on my face.

It's a very affordable drugstore foundation (and I even had this crazy luck that I was able to grab this foundation for only 2 €, when it was on some kind of crazy sale at my local supermarket! Actually, at my local supermarket they decided not to stock Rimmel products anymore, so they had put everything on sale 80% off...I couldn't believe what I was seeing...and I ended up returning home with a whole bunch of Rimmel makeup, instead of groceries, lol!!! Well, not quite, but you get the picture, right?). I think normally this foundation retails for a little over 10 €

In case you missed that crazy haul, here is my video:

I do love Rimmel foundations! So far I've tested out 3 of their foundations and I was always very satisfied.

Here is my review of another Rimmel foundation that I love, Rimmel 'Wake Me Up' foundation:

Anyway, back to my latest fave, the Lasting Finish foundation! As the name suggests, it really is a long lasting foundation and it gives nice coverage, without it being too heavy on your face!

I like it because it's suitable for long working hours, or special occasions, when you need to have a bit higher coverage and long lasting base, yet you still look pretty natural and definitely not cakey!

It's also transferproof and has this nice, lightweight feeling, leaving your skin quite hydrated.

Many high coverage foundations can be quite drying and I like the fact that this foundation isn't drying and it feels good even when my skin is a bit more dry!

I also like the container, as it has a pump, so it's easy to squeeze out just about the right amount of the product! Usually, 2-3 pumps will do for my entire face and I like to apply it with a flat top kabuki brush (Sigma F80, or similar).

If you're still not sure about this product and would like to know more details about it and see how it looks on my face, check out my video review & demo here:

Let me know have you ever tried any of the Rimmel foundations and if so, which one is your favorite?

I'll talk to you soon!

Have a nice day :-)
