Body Shop’s Vitamin E Face Serum

Here is my review on the Body Shop’s Vitamin E Face Serum.

The serum is housed in a pump form bottle with a plastic transparent cap on top.

It’s in the form of water based clear liquid that spreads easily on the skin. It has a very mild fragrance that vanishes in seconds.

This is a pre-moisturize serum, so after cleansing my face, the first thing I apply is this serum. It is super light weight in texture and is highly absorbent.

I was facing a bit of open pores on my nose and surrounding area a few months back and that’s when one of my colleagues told me about this serum.

The 30ML quantity comes at a price of Rs 1195/-, which is quite expensive, but then there are more expensive serums in the market as well.

I have been using this serum twice a day for 3 months now, and I do not see the pump finishing any time soon! So that’s a good buy for the price!

Moreover with regards to the quality and its effect on the skin, I have for sure noticed visible changes in my open pores. They are less visible now and seem to be on the recovery stage. I also find my skin becoming suppler than before.

On the flip side, it’s not very hydrating. Hence all the dry skinned dolls will need to apply their regular face moisturizer post the serum (like me!). Whereas the oily skinned beauties may skip the moisturizer, especially in summer.

Overall, it serves its purpose of being a serum very well!
