STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: Begin with moisturized lips. Then apply a dark blackened red lipcolor all over lips. I applied Colourpop Ultra Satin Lip in Prim.
Step 2: Once you got the base color down, it’s time to embellish the look! Use MAC Blue Brown pigment and apply to the upper lip, right beneath the cupid’s bow, focusing on the center; feather out the product to the edges to create a soft, blended look.
Step 3: On the bottom lip, apply H&M Dazzle Lip Topper in Cha-Cha-Cha.
Step 4: Layer Colourpop’s Super Shock Shadow in Dare, neon purple with hot pink and violet glitter, on top of the bottom lip.
Step 5: Now, on the upper lip, apply Colourpop’s super Shock Shadow in Cusp, bright green with blue and gold glitter.
Step 6: Then, apply H&M Dazzle Lip Topper in Glisten Up, an iridescent shiny gloss, to the center of the upper lip.
Step 7: Outline the upper lip with Urban Decay’s Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in Spandex, focusing the product on the centermost part of the lip.
