I have prepared a very colorful makeup tutorial for you which would compliment a little black dress, perfectly!
If you're a blue eyed gal like me, the intense pink will really bring out your eye color and make them pop. But nonetheless, this jewel toned look will compliment all eye colors beautifully.

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Apply a dark pink eyeshadow to the outer 1/3 of the eye.
Step 2 : Blend outwards and upwards into the crease.
Step 3 : Apply a shimmering white eyeshadow to the inner 2/3 of the eye.

Step 4: Apply a purple shadow to the outer 2/3 of the eye, layering over the pink.
Step 5: Apply a light blue and green shadow to the lower lashline.
Step 6 : Apply a black eyeshadow to the outer 1/3 of the eye. Make sure to blend for a gradient effect.

Step 7: Apply black liner to the upper and lower lashline.
Step 8: Finish with false eyelashes and mascara for an extra dramatic look.
