STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Outline your top lip with a brown lipliner.

Step 2: Then apply a matte red shade to the top lip.

Step 3: Layer a berry fuchsia shade over the red for more color impact.

Step 4: Apply a peachy pink to the bottom lip.

Step 5: Apply a violet hue to the outer edges to contour the lips. Also outline the lower lip with this shade.

Step 6: Layer black over the violet to deepen the shade.

Step 7: Apply shimmering gold to the center of the lips.

Step 8: Apply a shimmering purple to the entire lips.

Step 9: Apply a liquid base to the center of the lips.

Step 10: Apply a peachy orange glitter to the center of the lips.

Step 11:  Finish with a purple glitter on the top lip and outer edges.
