STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Outline lips with a brown lipliner then fill them in completely.

Step 2: Now it’s time for the pigments! Apply a metallic red lip pigment to the center of the top lip.

Step 3: Apply a gold metallic pigment to the bottom lip, leaving the outer edges visible.

Step 4: Apply a violet pigment to the edges of the bottom lip.

Step 5: Feather out the edges of the upper lip.

Step 6: To soften the upper lip, apply an iridescent pigment.

Step 7: Outline the upper lip with a metallic gold liner. Your look is complete!
