NYX - For Your Eyes Only -Review, Swatches & Tutorial
Hello Everyone!
NYX has an extensive line of 10-pan eyeshadow palettes. The Smokey Eyes palette is from the “For Your Eyes Only” collection and is filled with dark, sultry shades. Many of the shades can also be used alone if you’re looking for a more toned-down neutral look.
This is a great on-the-move palette for me, since it’s small and compact, but still has everything I’d need to pull together a look.

This palette has ten shades with a mix of shimmer, frost, and matte shades in varying color depths. The colors are your usual smoky eye colors: taupe, dark brown, silver, black, and everything in between. The pans are a pretty good size for the price. I am still impressed overall with their pigmentation and soft, buttery texture. There is some fallout, but not enough to be a real problem — I simply blow lightly on the palette after using to remove any excess shadow.
The palette also comes with a tiny dual-tipped sponge applicator, which I tossed. It was cheap and was a miserable failure at picking up the product — use a brush!
The only minor concern is the glossy black plastic case, which picks ups scratches and fingerprints very easily.
