More and more I am seeing these occult symbols pop up everywhere. Especially in time of Summer festivals when I am browsing IG for inspiration. I keep seeing things like this all over fashion blogs and lifestyle posts. This was the idea behind these nails and I fell in love with them - I wore them for a couple of days which is a century in my nail time. 

Although most these patterns are usually on a colorful background, I decided to go a bit more dark and take the goth route. In my opinion, these occult, magical and gypsy symbols shine best over a dark background. And a matte top coat - OMG I am crazy in love with matte nails recently - I just can't keep away from them! 

I choose a bunch of esoteric patterns that don't represent any set religion, that is why they fit the nomadic - gypsy spirit everyone seems to be channeling during summer time.

Therefore, you can see some astrology, hand of Fatima, a pentacle and an eye of Providence symbols. 

WHAT I USED:

For this manicure, I used Essence Black to the Roots as base.

The white stamps are made with Essence Stamp Me! White polish and MoYou London Explorer 21, Gothic 12 and Y020 plates.

The gold accent nail is made with Models Own Chrome Gold & Mundo de Unas Teal polishes, the plates I used were BPS05.

For the extra dark star stud, I created that myself.
