Need a look that will be appropriate for the work place yet up to date and on trend? Check out this luminous look that focuses on subtle, yet naturally enhancing highlights and neutrals! This cosmetic palette of tones will leave you looking fresh, and glowing.

YOU WILL NEED:

Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Oil Slick - matte black w/ silver micro glitter ( about $19.00)
Makeup Forever Eyeshadow in D862/Fairly Pink ( about $21.00 )
Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara in Black ( about $23.00 )
KAT Von D Liquid Tattoo Eyeliner in Trooper Black (about $20.00)
Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Colletion Highlighter in Prosseco Pop/Pamplemousse ( about $38.00)
Kat Von D Liquid Matte Lipstick in Melancholia/rose blush (about $20.00)

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: After applying your favorite primer and foundation, grab a soft pink eyeshadow with a little bit of shimmer. Too much glitter pigment will make this look a bit too intense, so less is more, go with the shimmer. I chose Makeup Forever Eyeshadow in D862/Fairly Pink. Apply this all over the eyelid and lower lashline and blend outwards softly.

Step 2: Apply a softly shimmering black eyeshadow shade. I chose Urban Decay Eyeshadow in "Oil Slick" which is a charcoal black with a little bit of shimmer. Apply this to the crease and blend well. Place a small amount on the outer lower lashline as well. Blend.

Step 3: Line your eyes with a clean streak of black liner. I love Kat Von D's Liquid Liner in Trooper Black, stays on all day and easy to apply!

Step 4: Apply your favorite voluminous mascara to the lashes in a black tone. I love Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara, it looks intense yet simultaneously natural.

Step 5: Highlight your upper cheekbones with a shimmering, almost champagne shade. Becca x Jacyln Hill's Champagne Highlight collection is phenomenal. It is so natural yet it enhances the skin noticeably. I chose the DUO palette that comes with Prosseco ( a champagne highlight ) and Pamplemousse ( a shimmering blush in a light pink shade ). This makes matching your highlight and blush a breeze. I used the Prosseco shade on the upper cheekbones, along the bridge of my nose lightly and under my eyebrow arch.

Step 6: Apply a  naturally, yet shimmering light pink blush shade to the apples of your cheeks and blend well. I used Becca x Jacyln Hill's Champagne Highlight Duo shade Pamplemousse. It blended very smoothly and easily accentuated my cheekbones. TIP/TRICK: You can also swipe this shade right above the crease of the eyes where you had placed your charcoal eyeshadow, this will give some added dimension to the eyeshadow.

Step 7: Apply a light pink, matte lipstick to the lips. I adore Kat Von D's matte liquid line and chose Melancholia for my shade of pink for this look. You're Done!
