Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Tuxedo/Matte Black( about $29.00 )
Kat Von D Liquid Liner in Trooper/Black (about $20.00)
Better Than Sex Mascara in Black (about $23.00)
Kat Von D Liquid Lipstick in Echo/Satin Navy Blue (about $20.00)
Makeup Forever Pro Sculpting Duo (about $39.00 )
STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: After applying your favorite foundation and primer, apply a light, matte, nude beige eyeshadow to your eyelids and lower lashline. Buff outwards. I used Urban Decay's Foxy.
Step 2: Apply a cream eyeshadow that's easily blendable such as Laura Mercier's Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Tuxedo/Matte Black to the crease of your eye. Create a more dramatic look than usual with this shade by extending it outside the crease of your upper eye, like a cat eye. Buff and blend outwards. Apply this same shade on the bottom waterline of the eyes and buff. This adds some serious drama to the look!
Step 3: Line your upper eyes in a stark black liner such as Kat Von D's Trooper Black.
Step 4: Apply a heavy coat of mascara to your upper lashes, I used Better Than Sex mascara in Black.
Step 5: Apply a daring blue lipstick in a matte, vivid navy. This really makes this look appear vicious! With the right application though and perfectly complimentary eye, it's still definitely cute! I chose Kat Von D's Liquid Lipstick in Echo! This shade of blue looks amazing on most skin tones, and is surprisingly, wearable!
Step 6: Highlight your upper cheekbones, under your brow arch and along the bridge of your nose with a slightly shimmery ( but not too glittery ) shade that's 2-3x lighter than your skin tone. Apply a bronze shade 2-3x darker than your skin tone to the hollows of your cheeks, and along the outside of your nose. Blend, blend and blend! I used Makeup Forever Pro Sculpting Duo
DONE! ( Pop in those fake teeth for vamped up flare! )
