Hey dolls,

As you know I love to experiment with my looks, so this look was no exception!
I added a spring - y polka dot design and topped it off with a liquid lip drip all for fun!
Enjoy the tutorial.

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: Using a mauve lipliner, outline and contour the outer edges of the lips.
Step 2: Fill in the lips with a metallic mauve purple shade. I used H8M Global Fusion Molten Eye Pen.
Step 3: On the top lip, pat on a iridescent or lilac pigment. I used Inglot AMC Pigment in 112.
Step 4: On the bottom lip, I applied a glitter from Seventeen Cosmetics. This one is gorgeous as it has purple and green sparkles in them! You may stop here for a fun, glitzy yet wearable look.
Step 5: Optional: Embellish the look with colorful polka dots. I’m using these dots that are meant for nail art. Overlap a few dots so it looks fun and not so structured. You have a beautiful, avant garde spring lip art.
Step 6: Just for an editorial vibe, I added an unexpected bright red lip drip to the lower lip. I used H&M Creamy Lip Melt in Rosso De Venezia.
