Ever since Kat Von D Beauty teased the creme version of the cult favourite Shade and Light Powder Contour Palette I was OBSESSED!!! I live for the powder version and there isn't a day I do my makeup that I don't use it so you know I had to get the creme version for sure.

The palette contains 6 different shades, 3 highlight, 3 contour and they are very close to the shades in the powder palette but do vary slightly (though they look like the same kind of undertones). 

Let me tell you, I am living for this palette it is THAT good! The formula is really creamy and just melts right into my skin and blends out in seconds. I own the ABH Cream Contour Kit and it is so much stiffer and thicker than this formula and I usually have to add a bit of face oil to it to help with blending (and for someone with predominantly oily skin that is not my fave). I love using the highlight shades for colour correcting as well, placing the peach shade Bisque right under the eye to brighten the area and cover dark circles. 

The contour colours are gorgeous and again, blend out so beautifully. You can create a really soft natural look with this palette, or build it up for more drama and dimension. It's really easy to use and I would absolutely recommend this to beginners. It pairs amazingly well with it's powder partner and is everything I wanted and more!
