I love a striking lip color!

But when paired with color on the eyelids and long false lashes, sometimes it can be an overkill.

Here's how to rock color on both the eyes and lips, and make it look elegant.

TUTORIAL:

1. Fill in the eyebrows to frame the eyes. Apply white pencil on the entire eyelid.
2. Apply green eyeshadow to the inner corner of the lid.
3. Apply mint eyeshadow to the rest of the eyelid.
4. Emphasize the outer crease with blue eyeshadow.
5. Blend the blue eyeshadow in the crease.
6. Using a blending brush and beige eyeshadow, smudge the outer edges of the eyeshadows.
7. Emphasize the lower lashline:  Apply blue eyeshadow to the outer lower lashline and green eyeshadow to the inner lower lashline. Lighten up the inner corner of the eyelid with a metallic beige eyeshadow.
8. Line your upper lashline with black and blue eyeliner.
9. Apply false lashes. Finish the look with mascara.
