Emerald Vixen: What I Wore for New Year's Eve

I thought it would be fun to share what I wore for New Year's Eve this year. I had no idea what I was going to do for make up until I fell in love with this sparkly, emerald green backless dress from H&M! Therefore, I decided to rock an edgy eye with a vamp lip!
