Step by step tutorial:
- Apply Base coat to protect your natural nails then paint your nails black.
- Start creating hearts using a dotting tool as shown.
- Continue creating hearts in different colors, add also a dot.
- Fill in all hearts with a lighter or darker color.
- Apply white or silver half pearls using clear polish.
- Apply top coat to all nails and that's it! Nails are done!
