Hi guys!

Today I'm back with another beauty topic! How do you like the dark lips trend? Do you like to wear super dark, "vampy" lipsticks? I personally love super dark lipstick on my lips, I think it makes a nice contrast against my super pale skin! I used to wear dark lipstick a lot back in the late nineties, when I was in high school!

Now this grunge lips look is back on trend and I wanted to get MAC's popular lipstick in "Cyber" which is very similar to the lipstick I used to wear in my teenage days. Dark lips are usually more popular in the autumn/winter season, but this time we're definitely going to rock dark lips even in spring & hot summer days!

Before actually purchasing "Cyber" by MAC, I went to my make up storage and discovered my cool lipstick palette from Born Pretty Store and realized I can mix different colors to get my own, personalized, dark lipstick!

Dark lipstick is also great because it makes your teeth look whiter, and you can go lighter with the eye makeup! You only need to make sure it doesn't transfer onto your lips, so tap the excess off with a regular tissue, press it lightly on your lips and that should do!

The Born Pretty Store lipstick palette is great because you'll get so many different lipstick colors, ranging from lighter shades to a super dark ones and you can also make your own custom lipstick color, by mixing the shades you like the most!

To get my MAC Cyber dupe, I mixed 3-4 different dark shades (dark reds), including a dot of black!

I used my lipstick brush by Avon to mix the colors! I hope you like the result! This is definitely a more affordable version of MAC Cyber and you can always add a bit more black to add on the intensity (darkness) of the color! You can actually personalize it to match your skin tone and hair color better!
