Who says blue lips can't be worn?

Here's a quick and easy step by step tutorial, to achieve fun, blue party lips! 

PRODUCTS USED:

• NYX Milk Jumbo Pencil-Milk
• BH Cosmetics 120 Palette 2nd Edition
• Milani Blue Eyeliner (retractable)

STEPS:

1. Apply your NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk to the lips! If you have a different primer that will work as well.

2. Get some of your favorite blue shades together!

3.Then add a dark blue to the corner of the lips.

4. Add a medium blue to the darker corners.

5. Add a lighter blue and blend together!

6. Finished look! You can add gloss as well to make it more dramatic!
