Hello Everyone this is my Halloween makeup look of Cleopatra.

If this year you're on a budget for Halloween Makeup or just don't want to waste money on buying anything too expensive, no worries! You can create a look with any makeup you already have at home.

To create this Halloween makeup look, I used mostly drug store makeup. You can use similar colors for the eyeshadow makeup look and for the creepy detailing just use your regular foundation, napkin or tissue of your choice and whatever adhesive glue you have or use.

In my tutorial, you will see how I achieved this easy to recreate Halloween makeup look. Do not think it's hard I am a beginner and I'm far from being the best so if i can do it, so can you!
