Brighter is Better : Makeup Tutorial

Hello Trendy ladies!

This spring season has surprisingly been all about bright colors and neons! So while gushing over gorgeous makeup looks in Glamour Magazine, I was inspired to create this bright look:

I have green eyes so it really makes my eye color pop! But this look would look just as amazing on any eye color! Now you know I had to use my SugarPill Loose Eyeshadows, they are so amazingly pigmented, opaque and blend like butter! But with a white base cream under any bright eyeshadows, it should look just as bright.
