STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: Begin with a purple base. I’m using Inglot AMC Eyeliner Gel in number 82.
Step 2: Create a semi cut crease by carving out the outer 1/3 of the lid with a bright burgundy, mauve shade. Also smudge onto the outer 1/3 of the lower lashline. I used a lip pencil here.
Step 3: Pat on a lilac or periwinkle blue shadow over the purple base. Blend!
Step 4: Apply a fuchsia pink on the outer corners and blend! I used the BH Cosmetics Hollywood palette.
Step 5: Clean up the edges with a concealer.
Step 6: Pat an aqua blue duochrome pigment onto the inner 2/3 of the lids. I used Inglot AMC Pigment in 114.
Step 7: Then pat on another duochrome blue pigment towards the center to create a gradient. This is also from Inglot in shade 113.
Step 8: Apply a dark violet shadow to the outer ‘v’ to intensify the look. Smudge onto the outer lower lashline as well.
Step 9: Apply a dark emerald green onto the lower waterline. I used Maybelline’s Gel Eyeliner Pencil in 608 Glossy Emerald.
Step 10: Apply Urban Decay’s Moondust Eyeshadow in Solstice, metallic pink-red with green 3-D sparkle and shift, onto the outer lower lashline.
Step 11: Apply a subtle highlight to the brow bone, I used my fave Make Up Atelier Paris Pearl Powder in PP21 White Orange.
Step 12: For winged liner, I used Inglot AMC Eyeliner Gel in 77.
Step 13: Complete the look with your choice of falsies and mascara!
