In last week's eye tutorial, I promised a matching lip look to go with it, so here you go!

This is a super easy way to create custom lip color in a pinch and the embellishments are fun way to accessorize your look.

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Apply an aqua blue lip color. I mixed two shades from Inglot’s Freedom lip palette.

Step 2: Then, apply multi-sized nail art decorations to the top lip. The different sizes and colors keep the look interesting.

Step 3: Optional: For an editorial look, add a melting lip drip look!
