Big Tikka operates in two locations on the Northshore and plays a big part in Auckland’s diverse food scene. India cuisine has an abundance of spice and aromas; over the year’s scintillated global taste buds through exotic array of dishes. To ensure authentic flavour and taste, most of the ingredients are sourced directly from India through importers in NZ. Sourced spices & ingredients are carefully blended with local produce and cooked using traditional methods and innovative twists to deliver an experience that is familiar yet different. Big Tikka offers an inventive, bold approach to Indian cuisine, reinterpreting nostalgic Indian dishes with a big heart and an open mind towards global techniques and influences.
