This was such a fun look to create! It is inspired by "Reptar" from one of my all time favorite 90's shows, "Rugrats". If I could change one thing, I would of had green brows like his tail. Sadly, my hair was too dark for any of my green and I didn't have glue stick lol.

Eyeshadow: All shadows are from the Urban Decay Electric Palette and Bh Cosmetics San Fransisco Palette over Nyx jumbo pencil in "Milk"
Brows: Urban Decay's 24/7 waterproof pencils in "voodoo" (purple) and "gonzo" (blue). They are set with "urban" and "gonzo" from the Electric Palette
Top Liner: Nyx white base, "slow burn" from the Electric Palette, and the orange from the San Fransisco Palette. Physician's Formula liquid eyeliner
Water Line/ Lower lash line: Urban Decay's 24/7 water proof pencil in "gonzo" set with "gonzo" from the Electric Palette.
Mascara: Lancome Hypnose Drama
