@Awenyr I get them threaded every few months; esp for special occasions...Then in between I do them myself...Less is more when it comes to grooming eyebrows..Don't over do it...B/c thicker eyebrows not only frame the face nicer and look more natural but they make you appear younger...So honestly, I don't worry about it too much..I do thread them myself as well...and then go in w/tweezers to get the stubborn hairs...When doing really dramatic looks, it's important to fill them in to make them look more finished..follow with a lighter concealer just below the eyebrows to make them appear more polished and arched ..hope that helps =)
