Today's makeup tutorial is a Valentine's heart shaped lip art.

The multi-colored lip keeps the look fun and playful.

I created a matte and glossy version. Although the glossy might not be ideal because the glitter.

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Using a white eye pencil, sketch in the shape of the heart design in the center of the lips. I used Essence Extreme Lasting Eye Pencil in 06.

Step 2: Outline the rest of the lips with a black eye pencil. Also, outline the bottom point of the heart to create a contour effect. Now, fill in the lips with the black pencil, leaving the heart empty for now.  I used Cascade Of Colours Black Eye Pencil,

Step 3: Now, it’s time to fill in the heart! I chose a red shade from NYX in the shade Plum.

Step 4: Continue filling in the heart with a liquid lipstick. I used one from Lime Crime in Red Hot.

Step 5: Now time to add some sparkles! Apply gold all over the heart and bright pink to the outline for a multi-dimensional effect. I used Eye Kandy Glitter Kit and MAC Fix Spray for an adhesive.

Step 6: Fill in the black part of lips with a purple liner. I used NYX Lip Liner Pencil 808 Deep Purple.

Step 7: Follow with a violet or deep burgundy liquid lipstick. I used Lime Crime Liquid Lip in Dream Girl. Your lips are done!

Step 8: For a glossy effect add a clear gloss. I used Leocrema Ultra Volume Natural Lip Gloss.
