For an Everyday Slay Makeup look, focus on a bright and radiant complexion.

Begin with well hydrated skin, we recommend facial oils for instantly glowing skin! If you don’t have problematic skin, skip concealer or spot conceal any blemishes, dark circles or hyperpigmentation. Then for a lit from within glow, try a luminizer. We love Becca’s Shimmering Skin Perfector Liquid Highlighter! Apply a bit to the top of your cheekbones, the bridge of your nose and your cupid’s bow. Skip this step if you don’t want that dewy, glowy look. You can skip foundation for a more natural look, but if you’re looking for a bit of coverage, try a lightweight, breathable liquid formula or a BB Cream. Set everything with a light dusting of transulecent powder.

Natural looking brows is a must for a minimalist makeup look as they frame the eyes and instantly polish your look giving you a more youthful complexion! Try using an eyeshadow shade that matches your brows and with an angled brush, feather in the product drawing small strokes. A light hand helps to distribute the product easily and it looks more natural, too.

Applying mascara to the upper lashes is essential in opening up the eyes! We like to go a bit heavy handed here, considering this rest of the look is pretty basic. If you’re not blessed in the lash department (raises hand) try swiping a black liner on the upper waterline (tightline) for an instant false lash effect!

For a more bronzed, glowy complexion, apply bronzer all over the perimeters of your face. A little goes a long way. Also dust a bit onto the outer part of your eyes and crease for a little bit of color on your eyes.

Make sure to apply blush to your cheeks for a bit of color to bring dimension back to the face.

Do not skip setting spray! This is an absolute must in locking all your hard work in place and getting you that minimalist look with an instant glow! It’s also great if you hate touch-ups! We love this affordable facial spray that you can pick up at Ulta!

The No Makeup, Makeup Look is a very popular beauty trend that emphasizes your best features with the look that you’re wearing well, ‘no makeup.’ This example above is a more ‘soft glam’ approach to the trend as the model is wearing a full face of makeup but in flattering shades that are appropriate for everyday. Because the face doesn’t have much color here, the eyes have a bit of color so everything doesn’t fall flat - you want to keep a bit of dimension somewhere in the look. Pick one feature to enhance, it could be your eyes, cheeks or lips and then highlight that, keeping everything else neutral.

This may seem like a lot of products, but these looks can easily be achieved in about 10 minutes or so. If you take away anything from this look, we’d recommend concealer, powder, mascara, brows for the most basic look! We hope you found this post helpful!
