Enjoy and have fun with it!

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: Apply a metallic blue all over lips. I’m using H&M’s eye pencil here.
Step 2: I applied a lighter shade of blue on top to brighten up the shade.
Step 3: Then, apply a metallic gold to the center. Blend for a gradient look. I used Makeup Geek’s pigment here.
Step 4: Outline the lips with a coppery bronze to add dimension to the look. I used Inglot’s Duraline and some golden orange pigment to create this shade.
Step 5: Now, it’s time to start embellishing the look! I used some stars (that are actually meant for nail art, but multi-purposing is always exciting.)
Step 6: Finally, if you really want to take this to next level and are a fan of the dripping lip look, add a hot pink lip drip to finish off the look!
