Today's post in a very exciting one as I get to share with you my interview for Miiego Sports!
You already know that I teamed up with Miiego a couple of months ago, to present to you my workout routine and now I did another interesting video where I'm showing you the content of my gym bag!
Also, Miiego sports interviewed me and featured the interview on their website, so I'm very happy about that!
In this interview I talk about my tips for a great workout and also about my motivation to stay active... I also share with you some of my favorite tracks for warming up, fast paced workout, and cooling down after the workout!

I admit, sometimes it's hard to find motivation and time to workout, but working out brings so many positive aspects and makes you feel (and look) so much better!
