Valentine's Soft Cut Crease & Graphic Liner TUTORIAL

Hey dolls,

Last week's tutorial was a Pink & Chocolate Valentine's look which was a sultry and smoky look.

Here's another Valentine's look (which of course can be worn anytime of the year) that is more colorful and a bit more dramatic with a soft cut crease.

Enjoy!

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Begin with a creamy concealer beneath the brows. I used a waterproof gel liner in an ivory shade.

Step 2: Apply a dusty pink or lilac shade to the crease and blend upwards.

Step 3: Apply a beige or mauve to the brow bone. This will be the transition shade.

Step 4: Apply a creamy beige base to the lids to create a ‘cut crease’ effect. I used the same gel eyeliner here.

Step 5: Apply MAC’s Expensive Pink, pink with gold duochrome, to the outer ½ of the lid.

Step 6: Apply MAC’s Stars N Rockets, purple with pink pearl, to the outer ‘v.’ Blend!

Step 7: Apply MAC’s Nylon, frosty, pale gold with icy shimmer, to the inner 2/3 of the lids. Blend to create a gradient.

Step 8: Smudge a dark violet onto the entire lower lashline and outer ‘v’ of the lids. I used a shade in the BH Hollywood palette.

Step 9: Apply MAC’s Nylon to the inner lower lashline and beneath the brows as a highlight. I also added a pearl pigment for that extra glam.

Step 10: Apply a rose gold liner to the waterline. I used H&M’s pencil here.

Step 11: Curl your lashes and apply mascara and you have a beautiful, feminine look.

Step 12: Optional: To intensify the look and add more impact, apply a generous amount of plumy brown eyeliner on the upper lashline. For graphic liner, add an extra thin line on top of a glitter liner of your choice. Done!
