Multiple surveys conducted among the male population has shown that what attracts them the most about women are the eyes. A shocker, right? Not quite. A sexy glance is the perfect arm that disarms everyone. The bad news is that not everyone is blessed with big, conspicuous eyes. The good news is that everyone can turn their eyes into dashing, bold, smoldering ones. Here are a few tricks that will help you get that killer look you’re after.

It Takes Some White to Open Your Eyes

Have you ever looked into a woman’s eyes and asked yourself how on earth do they look so big and clear? The answer lies in white eye pencils. To get that wide and fab appearance, you should use a white eye pencil to draw a line inside the rim of your lower eyelid. For extra pizzazz, use the pencil to line the section where your upper and lower lids come together.

Emphasize Your Brows

You may apply your eye shadow and liner perfectly, but it all comes to nothing if your brows are too thin or undefined. Get an eyebrow pencil, just a bit lighter than your natural color, to define the shape. Follow up with an eyebrow powder (use an angle brush) similar to your natural hair color. Set the powder with a gel or a sealer.

Don’t Forget the Brow Line

It’s not all about eyebrow hair. A properly highlighted brow bone will make your eyes look bigger and provide a beautiful frame for your sexy glance. Use a very light shadow to accentuate this area and draw the eye up. An angular brush will work fine in this case, too.

Prepare the Area around Your Eyes

Before you even think about grabbing your eye shadow brush, you need to take proper care of your lids and the area around your eyes. Thalgo silicium eye cream will repair and rejuvenate the skin around your eyes, creating plumper and smoother skin. If your eyelids are puffy, placing cucumber slices or green tea bags on them for 10 to 15 minutes before going to sleep can help.

Apply Eye Shadow Just Right

Before applying eye shadow, prep your lids with a coat of concealer. Use your eye shadow palette to create depth. Start with a light color all over your eyelid. Take a darker color and apply it in the crease of your eye. Blend the two shades to create a seamless look. This trick will create an element of dimension and make your eyes seem larger.

More Ways to Apply Eyeliner

If you have tried to create the perfect cat-eye look with your eyeliner and failed, you know what true torment is. What you need to know is that there is no one exclusive way to use this product. You need to adapt it to your eye shape. For smaller eyes, you should apply the eyeliner halfway on the top and bottom lid, while if you have larger eyes, you should line both the top and the bottom lid. Don’t get frustrated if you can’t get a straight line – smudge it and you’ll create a classic sexy look. Layering the liner can also be helpful – draw a straight line with a pencil and then follow that line with a liquid liner.

There Is No Such Thing as Too Much Mascara

This statement, of course, counts only if the mascara is a good one and doesn’t create crumbs. Make sure you coat every lash there is, especially on the corners. A simple trick to make you mascara count is to hold a credit/business card up along the inside edge of your lashes and sweep the brush against it. This way, your lashes won’t bend out of their way, and you’ll coat every single one of them.

Now take your big seductive eyes to the test. We bet no one will be able to look away!

Rainbow Unicorn Highlighter | Review & Swatches

During the hot summer days, I prefer to highlight my cheekbones using powder highlighters. Dry illuminators, shimmers and highlighters are not greasy therefore they are the best option for everyone with an oily skin type, especially during the summer. I personally have a dry skin type, but even my skin starts to melt in the summer heat and I can't imagine using oil based highlighters for my cheekbones. Pastel rainbow highlighters are such a huge trend at the moment and as always I'm the last…See More

Review: Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Palette

What a wild week in the internet world with the release of the highly anticipated Subculture Palette! I,  along with many others, have been eagerly awaiting the follow up to last years smash Modern Renaissance Palette so when all of these horrible reviews started popping up I was really confused! I can't believe the backlash I've seen against this palette, it seems you either love it or hate it and there's not much in between. I like to read reviews but I always try something for myself before…See More
