PICTORIAL:

STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Apply bright pink matte liquid lipstick all over lips. I used Colourpop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick in Highball.

Step 2: Apply a glossy duochrome lip topper on top of the pink lipstick. I used NYX Shimmer Down Lip Veil in Sweet Mama, deep magenta with blue pearl reflect.

Step 3: Pat on a metallic duochrome shadow to the center of the top lip. I used Colourpop Super Shock Shadow in Moonwalk, satin rusty orange with a yellow-green duochrome flip and the shade Cusp, bright green with blue and gold glitter.

Step 4: I embellished the bottom lip with multi-sized colorful dots that you can find in your local crafts store.

Step 5: For an editorial look, I added a lip drip effect in the center with H&M Global Fusion Creamy Lip Melt in the shade Purple Patch.
